📄 Agreement to These Terms

By creating an account on jeebaj, accessing any part of the platform, placing a wager, or depositing funds, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first interaction with the jeebaj platform and remains in force for as long as your account is active or until formally terminated.

If you are accessing jeebaj on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the full authority to bind that party to these terms. jeebaj reserves the right to request written confirmation of such authority at any time.

👤 Who May Use jeebaj

To register and maintain an active account on jeebaj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

📝 Creating Your Account

Each individual may register only one account on jeebaj. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jeebaj reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open wagers, and withhold any balances pending a full investigation.

💳 Payment Rules

jeebaj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.

All funds deposited into your jeebaj account must be your own lawfully obtained money. 🎁 Bonus Terms

From time to time, jeebaj may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, or other incentive schemes to eligible members. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible game contributions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all jeebaj promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

jeebaj's total aggregate liability to any member for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

🚫 Closure of Accounts

jeebaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where jeebaj reasonably believes that:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The member has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The member has engaged in conduct that jeebaj reasonably considers abusive, threatening, or harmful to the platform, its staff, or other members.
• The member's account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement mandates the closure of the account.

Members may also choose to close their own account voluntarily by contacting jeebaj support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active investigation or bonus wagering requirement will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

🔄 Changes to This Agreement

jeebaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jeebaj will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active members via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Your continued use of the jeebaj platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement in full. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to initiate voluntary account closure.

🏛️ Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute, members are encouraged to contact jeebaj's customer support team in the first instance. jeebaj will aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
